DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Lead and handle HR & GA department in day to day operational and align with all the company's business strategies; Develop and implement policies related to human resource organizational, recruitment & retention: taking overall responsibility for recruitment activity, compensation & benefits; Develop better work culture, leadership, trust and teamwork through programs and continuous engagement Develop & improve policies/procedures/standards for all activities related to recruitment, and current employee development to suit the organization's needs; Proactively update implementation policies that align with changes in employment laws; Build the company’s current HR systems (HRIS, KPI,SOP etc) Develop facilities to increase work comfort, productivity and strategic needs of all staffs
REQUIREMENT

o Tingkat pendidikan Minimal S1 di area SDM, manajemen, psikologi o Menguasai Ms Office o Penempatan di Cikupa, Tangerang o Mampu merumuskan Business Process, Job Analysis, Job Description, Job Evaluation dan menetapkan Job Grading karyawan. o Mampu menyusun Struktur Organisasi, Mendesain Jabatan, dan Menyusun Skala Upah o Berpengalaman dalam pengembangan talent dan o Kemampuan membangun suatu budaya o Aspek Soft skill lainnya § Manajemen (proyek,waktu, budget,decision,leadership, delegation) § Emphatetic, comfortable to approach, people oriented, active listening,negotation and presentation ke semua level posisi kerja § Passion, Diligent dan loyalitas ke disciplinary field dan PT Preferred o Pengalaman minimal 3 tahun Human Resource, System dan Database o Lulusan Human Resources or Business Management or Psychology o Pengetahuan best practice HR terkini dan mengenai aturan ketenagakerjaan o Pengalaman di HRIS (Human resource information system) dan Excel o Menguasai teknik wawancara+penyaringan kandidat
