DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Ensuring benefit and allowance payment accurate and on time
Ensuring absence record are accurate and up dated
Ensuring insurance payment and administration processed are updated and on time
Ensuring HR data are recorded to HRIS and updated
Monitoring employee’s attendance: leave, notification, duty officer, overtime, business trip, new and resign employee
Monitoring changes and organization structure (new, resign, pass probation, promotion, transfer)
Monitoring the compliance to Manpower Regulation (WLTK, WLP)
Preparing calculation of allowance (meal and transportation, duty officer, COP, overtime for direct labors) based on attendance record maximum 7 working days at beginning of the month
Updating employee status for each employee at HRIS program including new, out, promotion, rotation, mutation)
Registering and updating employee for health and personal accident insurance
Preparing calculation for reimbursement of employee benefit (health insurance, dental, maternity, block leave)
Preparing forms for WLTK and WLP
Preparing monthly report for Management Review
Preparing payment voucher for all related administration activities (meal and transportation allowance, duty officer, COP, overtime, salary, Jamsostek, THR, bonus, claim reimbursement, block leave, grievance)
Preparing employment letters related to personnel administration: SK, document for foreign employee, document for visitting another country, notification letter.
Preparing announcement email on employee care: birthday, giving birth, obituary, wedding
Preparing gifts for giving birth for grievance and wedding
Filling and maintaining employee daya (hard copy) in personal files.
Scanning and filling inactive employee data for future reference
REQUIREMENT
Minimum Bachelor degree in Business Administration/Accounting/Mathematic/any other relevant field
Minimum 0 – 2 years in similar position
Fluent in English both oral and written
Required Knowledge and Skill(s): personnel administration, government labor law, health insurance/claim procedure, immigration procedure, filing system, computer literate
Have achievement orientation, customer service orientation, continuous improvement, interpersonal relationship, able to analyze issue and use sound judgment, planning organizing, orientation to detail, concern for order, work efficiently, interpersonal persuasiveness ability, coordination
