DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Configure and maintain network devices, including switches, routers, and firewalls, ensuring high availability and optimal performance. Troubleshoot and resolve complex network issues, analyze packet captures, and use diagnostic tools to identify and resolve root causes. Oversee VPN connections, ensuring secure and reliable connectivity for remote users and branch offices. Lead wireless networking initiatives, ensuring seamless client connectivity and implementing security protocols. Manage cloud networking projects, including virtual networks, subnets, load balancers, and security groups on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Implement and maintain network security measures, including firewall configurations, access control lists (ACLs), and monitoring solutions like QRadar and Cyberark. Provide expert support for collaboration tools, such as MiCollab and Sharefile, optimizing unified communications and file-sharing capabilities. Lead mobile device management (MDM) tasks, ensuring secure and efficient management of mobile devices and applications. Collaborate with other IT teams on general technical support tasks, assisting with troubleshooting various operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and remote connection methods. Guide and mentor junior team members, providing technical leadership and support. Lead projects related to firewall technologies, switching technologies, and network monitoring and management.
REQUIREMENT

Good communication in English, spoken and written. Available to provide on-call support on the weekend and outside working hours during weekdays if necessary. 5-8 years of experience is required. In-depth understanding of networking fundamentals and advanced knowledge of protocols and technologies. Proficiency in configuring and troubleshooting Cisco networking devices and VPN technologies. Strong experience with cloud networking principles and technologies on platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud. Expertise in network security, including firewall configurations, access control lists (ACLs), and monitoring solutions. Demonstrated experience with collaboration tools and mobile device management (MDM). Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills. Leadership abilities and the ability to mentor and guide junior team members. Strong communication and teamwork skills.
