DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Managing and organizing student files and their personal information on Google Workspaces.
Procuring goods and equipment as required, processing invoices, and maintaining office and other related stock.
Managing and controlling the company's asset inventory, including overseeing the process of asset transfer and change.
Managing inventory and facilitating purchases as needed, while verifying costs and receipts.
Participating in and supporting events and activities as appropriate.
Providing administrative support to various teams, including the academic team, sales team, and non-academic teams such as marketing, finance, and IT.
Performing clerical duties, distributing and filing documents as necessary.
Creating, revising, and socializing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or policies as needed, ensuring compliance with valid standards and procedures.
Collaborating with other RISE and BINUS administrative staff, colleagues, other institutions, and vendors.
Building Operations: Oversee the day-to-day operations of the building, ensuring its efficient functioning. Coordinate with BINUS related division and/or external contractors for specialized repairs and maintenance tasks.
Monitor the daily operations and performance of the outsourcing company, including their personnel assignment and performance.
Maintain cooperative relations with stakeholders (Tenant Relation) of the building.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in business administration, operations management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
Proven experience in administrative roles, preferably in an operations or similar capacity.
Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling documents, data, and inventory.
Proficient computer skills, including experience with spreadsheets, databases, office software and Google Workspaces.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with various teams and stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, maintaining a proactive and flexible approach.
Familiarity with SOPs, policies, and compliance standards is desirable.
Knowledge of inventory management systems and procurement processes is a plus.
Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality
