DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for deployment, troubleshooting, maintenance, upgrade and support of ICT infrastructures, including WAN, LAN, firewall, servers, PCs, operating systems and associated hardware and software.
Desktop troubleshooting skills (Windows 7, 8 and 10).
Ensure continuous delivery of IT services through oversight of service level agreements with business users and monitoring of IT systems performance.
Manage the IT Asset Management including hardware and software license management.
To provide 1st level / 2nd level support to end-users in troubleshooting and resolving of desktop / notebook problems (hardware, software and application).
Be prompt and meticulous in updating of daily incidents handled into the incident management tool.
To be highly customer-focus and diligent towards providing good customer service.
Other duties such as annual DRP/BCP test and other tasks assigned.
Responsible in project implementation and migration for clients infrastructure upgrade or new start-up environment
Perform end-to-end service delivery to meet the clients requirements on implementation, maintenance and support the network infrastructure systems such as LAN, WAN, Wifi, VoIP, Firewall and other network related solutions
Responsible to perform root case analysis and implementing correction actions for IT security incident
Responsible on infrastructure project which include understanding user requirement, solutioning, conduct UAT, implementation and run live
Responsible for supporting, developing, implementing both IT and Cloud infrastructure
Able to work independently with minimum supervision and manage a team when required.
REQUIREMENT
Min. 2 years of experience, System Integrator environment preferred.
Proven experience in IT support services field
Practical skills and experience in Microsoft Windows Operations support
Understanding on network and server fundamentals.
Knowledge and exposure to IT audit will be an advantage
Demonstrated ability to apply IT in solving business problems
Fluent in spoken and written English
Excellent communication and project coordination skills
Knowledge in Windows Server 2003/2008/2012/2016/2019, XP, 7, 8, 10 environment
Basic knowledge in networking switches and port management
Capability of seeing the tasks assigned holistically, able to break-down the task in detail and follow-through end-to-end.
Good communication as this role needs to handle internal and external customers
Service oriented engineer to internal and external customer
Ability to provide IT training and awareness to other department users
Microsoft/Cisco/ITIL foundation certification a plus
