DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Knowledgeable on software development, database management, network administration, IOT, etc. Perform installation, configuration and troubleshooting of PCs/Laptops, including software and other tools. Provide inputs in the formulation and implementation of a comprehensive hardware maintenance program. Coordinate with hardware and network solution vendors on product evaluation, acquisition, installation/set-up, and maintenance.
REQUIREMENT

Has a degree in BS Information & Computer Science or equivalent. Has experience working as IT Technical Support. Knowledgeable in Windows and MAC operating systems' configuration and troubleshooting. Has experience in hardware, and network troubleshooting and repair. Familiar with programming, database management, Cloud, Office 365, and Microsoft Office.
