REQUIREMENT
• Minimum 2+ years' IT technical support experience. • Previous experience working in a 2nd level help desk role (Highly Regarded). • 2+ Years’ experience supporting Microsoft technologies including Office, O365, SharePoint, Auto Pilot, Windows 10&11 Pro, Server, Active Directory etc. • Excellent communication skills, verbal and written communication skills with ability to effectively explain technical information to non-technical users both in person and over the phone. • Knowledge of ITIL (IT Infrastructure Library) • Programming knowledge in Microsoft VB and scripting to produce reports. • Ability to compile reports from software tables
