DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide full spectrum of office administrative and operations support with the team including but not limited to office supplies, order office stationery, mailing and arrange courier services
Assist the Asset Management team / Mining team for scheduling calls and schedule meetings
Communicate with building management office for office maintenance or related matters
Assist HR role of new staff onboarding procedure
Ensure work standards are maintained in accordance with Company procedures
Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the office
Perform office support duties such as filing, record management, and other administrative tasks
Responsible for office environment management and supplies
Responsible for office equipment sourcing, purchasing, repair & maintenance
Assist in organising company’s events and staff activities
Handle ad-hoc duties/ projects as assigned
REQUIREMENT
1+ years of Receptionist / Administrative Assistant Experience
Candidate from Aviation is preferred
Excellent command in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
Proficient knowledge in MS Office (Word, Excel, PPT), Chinese typing and translations
Proactive, responsible, accountable and willing to learn
Impeccably organised and ability to execute tasks with attention to detail, efficiency, and resourcefulness
Solid time management and ability to multi-task and prioritise workflow
