DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
• Assist with full-spectrum secretarial and administrative support to General Manager and Brand Manager in business activities and personal matters
• Ability to translate between Bahasa and English, prepare formal written announcements and presentations to both internal and external, knowledge in writing, editing, proofreading, and publishing content
• Assist with coordination in basic HR; from sorting candidates, arranging for interviews, and coordinating candidates with the paperwork
• In charge of all private and confidential materials of the organization and General Manager and Brand Manager
• Assist with coordination in procurement to purchase items for both internal and external including office supplies
• Schedule and coordinate meetings, preparing minutes and sending it out to relevant parties
• Arrange travel arrangements and at times may be required to travel for work
• Willing to handle multi-tasks and ad hoc assignments is required
REQUIREMENT
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Excellent time management, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Independent yet able to work with other departments, confident and a good
• Fluency and ability to write in Bahasa Indonesia and English
• Maintains confidentiality and possesses a sense of urgency
• Degree in any discipline
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, bonus to know basic Adobe Photoshop
• Prior experience in the Construction industry is preferred
