DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage reputable clients account Demonstrate strong phone handling skills by actively listening and responding to clients with emotional intelligence. Swift handling of customer inquiries. Update details of customer inquiries, comments, and complaints in the database and action taken for verification and training purposes. Prompt follow-ups on customer interactions via email. Keeping Proof of Delivery (POD) records of customers and proper filing of documents. Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
REQUIREMENT

Polytechnic Diploma/BA degree. Preferably in Business Administration, Accounting, or equivalent. Fluency in English and preferably Mandarin as well. Good knowledge of Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, etc) Experience working in a customer service focused environment Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively Your unique personality! A great sense of humor is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
