DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Ensure that All documentation related to the purchase and sale is completed correctly and is in accordance with company policy and procedures. Ensure that All customers are aware of the terms and conditions of purchase or sale, such as warranty conditions and service schedules. That all relevant documents are received. Relevant Storage of documentation in order to be reference when needed. Supervise the Handover and delivery of new vehicle being supplied to the customer. Carry out quality control procedure for new vehicle arriving from PDI (Pre Delivery Incapacitation) or stores before delivery or display. Invoices sold vehicle immediately after delivery. Maintain secure storage of all documents, service books, hand books, insurance documentation and other related items.
REQUIREMENT

Secondary School 3 years experience in the same field Excellent communication skills, customer oriented, friendly and polite and , excellent analytical skills Good in English
