DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Respond to online text messages immediately, and assist and guide by telephone if necessary 2. Use soft and firm communication skills to guide customers to confirm the details of abnormal conditions or conduct functional teaching 3. Integrate necessary information for technical support Team (PO/QA) for analysis 4. Ensure that iCHEF's various customer service channels are unblocked, so that customer needs can be answered in a timely manner 5. Provide "professional, efficient, empathetic" services
REQUIREMENT

Logical ability; able to judge the causal relationship of events, and be able to sort out problems Observational and analytical skills; the ability to observe correlations in events and see trends that may be hidden within them Curiosity; not afraid or bored when faced with complex problems, has a detective spirit like Conan writing ability
