Works individually or within a team on technology business consulting projects to meet specific client requirements
May lead and will participate in the conduct of business requirement studies and other project related activities
Configures the solution to meet Client’s requirements (may include, but not limited to: products, pricing, risk calculations, workflows, functionality, accounting configuration)
May perform validation on pricing models, risk results (e.g. VaR, CVA) in the solution
Creates functional specifications for customisation or core software enhancements; business process and product requirements definition
May liaise with Product Management to communicate client requirements and expectations
Conducts unit and systems tests; supports System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and/or mock rehearsals activities of clients
Provides continual feedback to the project manager promptly highlighting any potential issues to allow a proactive solution to be offered
Creates project documentation and deliverables
Provides training on the solution to clients as well as colleagues
Builds and maintains good relationships with clients
May act as team leader for functional aspects of consulting projects. May mentor, guide, advise and/or check work of less experienced business systems analysts and technology business consultants
Contributes to the constant improvement of his/her domain through innovation and development of tools
May undertake project management duties in small to medium professional services engagements (< 500 man-days)

REQUIREMENT
Background in Trading and Risk platform software solutions
Background in software programming skills (e.g. C++, Python, C++, ********) Strong analytical and numerical skills
Advanced knowledge of various financial instruments, including but not limited to exchange or OTC traded Equities, Equity Derivatives and Structured Products, Interest Rate and Credit Derivatives, FX/MM, Commodities, and/or the ability to quickly learn new instrument types
Knowledge or the ability to quickly learn Risk Management / Pricing of financial instruments, including the various pricing mechanisms. Knowledge or expertise in risk and desk level analytics, derivatives processing, position management and P&L
Experience in functional aspects of enterprise financial software package configuration, customisation, integration and/or implementation projects
Demonstrated experience in the analysis of systems and data to identify and understand new requirements
Demonstrated experience with functional aspects of Order Management, Asset Management, Treasury and/or Enterprise Risk Management systems
Good English written and verbal communication skills
Team participation, interpersonal and communication, presentation skills
