DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Team leader in handling sales inquires and order processing.
· Coordinate with logistics department to ensure smooth Customer delivery fulfillment.
· Liaise with admin team on Inventory replenishment requirements.
· Handle Inventory sourcing, price negotiation and order fulfillment, include preparation and execution of purchase requisitions and ensure timely delivery.
· Handle the full spectrum of procurement function and manage a team to support related activities
· Duty Free warehouse inventory control and Key Liaison coordinator to ensure flow of information to Sales team, space planning with logistics for incoming cargo and any matters related to bonded stock movement.
· Handling export of wine & spirits to other countries within S.E.A.
· Provide weekly and monthly sales related reports to the Management team.
· Process of trade agent rebates on monthly basis.
· Assist in monthly and annual stock take reconciliation.
· Assist the Finance Manager & Directors in administrative duties
· Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned
REQUIREMENT
. Experience in Supply Chain Management·
. Fantastic office admin skills
· Data literacy – strong numerical reasoning
· MS Office competency, particularly Excel and Outlook
· Good interpersonal skills, especially to be able to communicate externally with suppliers and internally with colleagues
· Good time management and organisational skills to meet timescales and deadlines
· Strong attention to detail
· Problem-solving abilities
· Self-motivated
· Flexible and adaptable
· Good computer literacy
