Responsible for messengers and utility staffs that provide support to all department needs.
Arrange travel itineraries both local and international travel of employees; visa applications; DTI and ASC application.
Prepare Purchase Orders for supplies and equipment.
in charge of work permits, supplies, ingress and egress for opening of new stores and pull out of closed branches. Application and renewal of insurance of HQ and all branches.
Facilitate process of BDO, BPI, Paymaya, GCash credit card terminals.
Maintenance of all 6 company vehicles.
tasked to keep due diligence with all government offices from new business registration, annual business renewal, maintenance of required permits, and termination of permit of POS and store closures to keep records of Lease Contracts and business permits.
Keep the warehouse inventory of all OSM (Owner’s Supplied Materials) for construction; pulled out kiosks, VM materials, Optical equipment and items from stores; old files of PMD, Accounting, SCT, Engineering, Product Dev, Inventory VM, Marketing and IT.
Record, allocate, application and distribution of computer, phone and internet services for all employees.
Supervises the work of employees in supporting roles, including assigning workload and monitoring employee performance.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in any field, preferably Business Management
At least 10 - 15 years of work experience in Administrative Management post.
With in-depth knowledge in government rules and regulations concerning business permits and ordinances.
Demonstrated track record in leading Administrative function and team.
Has Warehouse management experience
High level of skills such as: Communication, Interpersonal, Problem Solving, Teamwork and Collaboration, Project Management, Adaptability and Work ethic.
Possess keen planning ability and business aptitudes
Amenable to work in MANDALUYONG CITY.
