DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

This Job needs wide shipping knowledge and experience in the fields of Documentation, booking, rating and the Customer Service. Responsible for the customer satisfaction in the country including the survey results and working plan Lead interface between customer service unit and other department in and outside the country Manage customer service complaints, expectation, on-going initiatives (e.g. mobile app, web usage, increase in e-commerce..) Monitor customer service KPI, motivate employees to achieve the target.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree or above Over 10 years working experience of directly related work experience, minimum of 2 years working experience in CS industry in managerial position Strong communication skills, strong prioritization skills, strong motivation skills and good listening skills Team player, data centric, result oriented Strategic thinker, empathetic, domain knowledge Customer -Centric attitude Able to work with different level of stake holder, willing to take new challenges Fluent in speaking & writing in Chinese and English Business trip in domestic or abroad if required
