DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

• Managing organizational sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expense controls. • Setting individual sales targets with sales team. • Tracking sales goals and reporting results as necessary. • Overseeing the activities and performance of sales team. • Developing sales team through motivation, counseling, and product knowledge education. • Identifying prospect and new clients that have not yet been visited by the company. • Designing and implementing a strategic plan that expands company’s customer base. • Maintaining relationship with existing clients and offering best solutions to their issues.
REQUIREMENT

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in business or related field. • At least 5 years working experience specialized in B to B sales and marketing in managerial level. • Experience in planning and implementing sales strategies. • Experience managing and directing a sales team. • Proven ability to lead a team. • Has experience in outsourcing or facility service industry (preferable). • Good record on achieving sales targets. • Understand the complex of sales process. • Able to follow company strict deadline and achieve target given. • Excellent listening, negotiating, presentation, and communication skill. • Great soft skill, leadership, and teamwork. • Result-oriented with strong analytical skills. • Positive attitude, high integrity, and professional work ethic. • Applicants must agree to be placed in Batam for covering all area of Kepulauan Riau.
