DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Handle pre and post contract management with emphasis on tender experiences in contractors' environment.
Pre contract Administration Works includes tender evaluation, sourcing of suppliers and Sub-Contractor, preparation of BQ, taking off quantities, pricing, submission of tender & tender interview when necessary.
Post Contract administration includes procurement support, follow up projects progress, handles claims and payments, Variation Order Claims, taking off quantities and attending client / consultant & site meetings.
Assist Senior Contract Manager in tendering and eventually able to handle tendering of the project.
Liaise with Sub-con and supplier to ensure all specification and services comply with technical specification.
Candidate must handle task independently.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveyor or equivalent.
At least 2 - 5 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably involved in residential and commercial building as a contractor
