DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Pre-stay:
Build a relationship through phone and email with clients and understand their needs in order to provide an excellent level of service
Ensure a smooth collection of all due payments
Liaise with villa owners/managers on guests arrival details and preferences
Offer a range of unique services to our guests: car rental, spa, meal requests, activities, retreats, events etc.
During the client's stay:
Liaise with the villa owner/manager to ensure a smooth check-in of the guests after their long journey
Set up appointments to meet VIP clients in their villa
Resolve any complaint during the clients’ stay, together with the Concierge Manager
Post-stay:
Ensure a smooth check-out of the clients
Collect and response to customer reviews
Nurture repeat clients and word of mouth
REQUIREMENT
Fast learner
Great level of English
Excellent communication skills
Well organized and acute attention to detail
Passion for customer service and at ease on the phone
Commercial acumen
Professional attitude and courteous
Proactive and problem solver
Strong work ethic and team spirit
Computer skills (ability to quickly search for information, typing speed, etc.)
Knowledge of Bali as a travel destination is a Plus
