Planning, Conducting, and Evaluating all recruitment process effectively based on requirement and specification that needed of company Approach and match potential candidat with suitable position based on Employee Planning Manage many sourcing activities such as career center, school/campus, media social, etc Create and implement branding strategies for recruitment Create and report recruitment budget Developing internship program
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in psychology or human resource management At least 2 year(s) experienced in related field is required for this position Able to conduct, score and report psychological test Having knowledge about various sourcing technique Having knowledge about Compentence Based Interview technique Understanding to fullfill MPP and maintain relationship with client Good writen and verbal communication skill Willing to be placed in north Jakarta and Karawang
