DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage sales staff. Attend events and launchings to identify new products and services. Coach, counsel, train, and discipline sales. Keep up with fluctuating supply and demand. Ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met. Maintain cleanliness and health and safety measures. Organize and distribute staff schedules. Help sales staff achieve sales targets.
REQUIREMENT

Posses at least a Bachelor degree in any discipline. Must be from Developer Company At least 1 year of experience as Sales Property Section Head/Supervisor/Coordinator Attractive and communicative. English literate is a must. Able to work in a team-oriented environment. Willing to place at Tangerang (Alam Sutera/ Cikokol/ Suvarna Sutera)
