DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Create and Implement an effective HR program, including recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits management, staff relation, development and training, and compliance of Indonesian labor law.
Formulate, implement and review human resources policies and procedures.
Develop and maintain the career planning & succession plan.
Provide human resources support to other departments.
Bridge the communication link between various level of employees and the organization.
Prepare and provide on timely basis accurate regular reports on human resources related activities.
Ensure the organization is in compliance with Indonesian Labor Law as well as corporate policies.
Continually find opportunities to improve system for position profile & redesign the job grading to fit with organization dynamic requirement
Assist Corporate HR Coordinator to be partner to various department heads to actively discuss and continuously identify the right size and appropriate human capital investment to enable the departments to exceed its targets
Develop system for training & development, including the training need system.
Provide salary benchmarking and benefits surveys against competitors.
Maintain and update job description database.
Assist in annual salary review and bonus payment exercises and preliminary analysis.
