DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region Travelling to visit potential clients Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers Managing and interpreting customer requirements Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs Calculating client quotations Negotiating tender and contract terms Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions Offering after-sales support services Administering client accounts Analysing costs and sales Preparing reports for head office Meeting regular sales targets Recording and maintaining client contact data Co-ordinating sales projects Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs Solving client problems
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Engineering (Mechanical), Engineering (Industrial), Engineering (Electrical/Electronic) or equivalent. Required skill(s): good negotiation skills, good communication skills, a solid technical background, teamworking ability, the ability to build relationship with clients quickly, Analytical & problem solving skills. At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position. Preferably Staff (non-management & non-supervisor)s specializing in Sales Engineering or equivalent. An outgoing personality, a high degree of self motivation, resilience and persistence, confident & strong negotiation skill. Have a strong experience in selling heavy machinery mining, construction, industrial and compressors. Full-Time position(s) available.
