DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Provide service leadership related to Marketing and Communications of business
Direct the development and execution of global marketing communications initiatives including product launches, opening stores, sales collateral, tradeshows, campaigns, social site presence, company website, public relations, internal communication, regulatory communications and corporate events.
Manage brand delivery and consistency across all markets for all product lines
Controlling the businesses marketing communications promote the right message to maintain a good brand image
Develop and maintain effective relationships with key reporters/editors from health trade and media
Build and manage the corporate communications budget
Actively lead, Coordinating and monitoring the Corporate Communications team including graphics designers, event & community, media specialist and content writers to produce high quality publications and materials on time and within budget
Determine projects which should be completed internally and externally. Manage relationships with outside vendors as necessary
Ensure new communication programs are aimed at reaching sales targets
Reporting, Analyzing and Evaluating Marketing Communication activity (Inquiry)
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Communication, Journalism, Marketing or Business related field
Maximum age 30 years old
Minimum of 5 Years experience managing a marketing communication team & fashion business
Experience successfully building, coaching & motivating high performance team
Creative & critical thinking skill
Strong business analytics, relationship management, strategy development, project management & problem solving
Professional & positive approach, self motivated, team player, dynamic, creative with the ability to work on own initiative
Business related Computer Skill (Ppt, Excel & Word)
Ability to travel Domestically & Internationally
