REQUIREMENT

Maximum age 35 years old Education S1 from any discipline Minimum 5 years working experiences in HR Having knowledge on Recruiting, Personnel Administration, Payroll, Industrial Relation, Training, Jamsostek. Good knowledge of Indonesian Labor Law Trustworthy, Good attitude, Excellent interpersonal, Strong communication and leadership skills Computer literate is required and English would be preferable Able to work independently as well as in a team, strong Leadership, able to work under pressure. Wiling to place at Kawasan Industri Medan (KIM)
