Diploma/Advanced Diploma/Degree in Business Admin/Communications
Min 3 years related exp in office admin/secretarial
Good command of English and able to read and write in Chinese.
Coordinate and organize company meetings, activities and events.
Arrange transportation, accommodation, food catering and staff welfare for company meetings and activities.
Ordering and purchasing office supplies.
Monitor and upkeep of office premises,meeting rooms and facilities equipment utilities and supplies for smooth operations.
Facilities management including coordination of cleaners ,repairs and liasing with the building management.
Document management and preparation
Record compile,transcribe and distribute minutes of meetings.
Perform other related duties.
