DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Supports and works closely with Country Human Resources Director
Acts as a partner and provide logistics support for HR team – HR4HR, Budget planning and control, etc..
Organizes conferences and meetings
Handles sensitive matters and the need to maintain appropriate levels of confidentiality
Partners with various HR functions to deliver special projects as required
Uses analytical tool to provide up-to-date reports
Responsible for Taiwan Disciplinary Committee / Sexual Harassment Committee overview and HR Board motion coordination
Responsible for Employee Hotline
REQUIREMENT
University Degree with 1 ~ 3 years relevant HR experiences Strong understanding of Labor Standard Law (LSL) and its application A strong team player, detail oriented, good Excel and PowerPoint skills Able to multi-tasks, work independently and under pressure, remain resilience and positive Good English communication, especially in written Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
