DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible to sell Maspion products to existing and prospective distributors and clients Promote and sell products using solid argument to existing and prospective distributors and clients Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes by maximize sales periodically Handle promotions Submits orders by referring to price list and product literature Resolves customers complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, and making recommendation to management Find new potential distributors and clients through business directories and referral Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, merchandising techniques
REQUIREMENT

Candidates must be possess diploma or bachelor degree with minimum GPA 3.00 Proven experienced in same field minimum 2 years Experience in FMCG and/or Manufacturing industry Proven experienced working under pressure with sales target Highly motivated and target driven with proven track record in sales Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to create and deliver presentation to the potential clients Proficiency in English and operating Ms. Office Placement in Medan
