DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Proactively do the direct sales including look for new client and network widening. Assist on Marketing Plans / Strategy on the sales of property development. Implement sales to meet company's targets. Contribute creativity to help maximize market penetrations. Other ad-hoc assignment as assigned.
REQUIREMENT

Good communication skill. Ability to work with others in a mutidisciplinary team as well as others in a team. An understanding of business principles, a professional & confident manner. Ability to inspire the trust of others. A willingness to take on high level of responsibility. Ability to contribute and to implement organizational strategy. Willing to be placed at Kendal (Central Java). Domicile in Semarang or Kendal (Central Java). Minimum Diploma in any major. Minimum 2 years experience in property / estate developer / person-to-business marketing. Fluent in English, both oral and written. Target oriented.
