Compliance & Governance Ensure all programs comply with Indonesian labor law, taxation, and governance standards. Maintain and update internal SOPs, charters, and committee processes related to compensation and benefits. Support remuneration committee reporting and documentation when required. Reporting & Insights Develop compensation dashboards and analytics for leadership reporting and decision-making. Monitor industry trends and recommend adjustments or new models to maintain competitiveness. Collaboration & Communication Partner with HRBPs and team leads to ensure consistent application of compensation principles. Communicate clearly with employees on policies, benefits, and performance-related rewards.
