This involves coordinating deliveries, checking inventory numbers, coordinating with stock officer, recording broken, missing or stolen merchandise and planning special discount offers as needed. Need to assist in-store customers when needed. From finding specific items, monitoring delivery of items, to correcting pricing mistakes to administering refunds or discounts. Must manage and maintain relationship well with regular showroom customer ensuring releasing information about latest products. Create and implement policies and procedures in the showroom. Create analysis and prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports based on sales, marketing and operational activities in the showroom. Look for opportunity and provide input to head office about retail conditions.
