(Before COD/Commercial Operation Date) Prepare the procedures and working instruction document for the safety and reliable Coal-fired Power Plant operation & maintenance together with relevant staff Cooperation and working together with the Contractor in term of commissioning works of jetty facilities and coal handling system including coal bedding receiving and performance coal (After COD/Commercial Operation Date) Operate, monitor and maintain direct operation jib crane, responsible for coordination of jib crane activities and provide an abnormal report condition to Fuel and Ash Controller before taking corrective action. Report if any defect to FHCR Operator. Responsible for daily maintenance inspection according to the O&M manual which include carrying out checks around (walkdown inspection) such as inspection of lubricants, checking the current, voltage, temperature, noise, vibration in accordance with the work instruction for any corrective action. Ensuring implementation of jib crane unloading operation based on a corrected technique. To conduct unloading works, lifting the loader and trimming in accordance with the agreed procedure. Daily surveillance of condition and performance of the equipment through checking sheet prior operation and process as per condition and reported. The Jib Crane Operator may operate the plant or equipment subject to approval of the superior. Ensure that coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically, and within the environmental limits. Conduct periodical routine testing of Jib Crane to ensure system reliability. Perform routine walk downs in his designated process area according to the given instructions and procedures, as well as ensure that conditions of systems and equipment are same as reported.

Doing push, loading, compacting, spreading and leveling technique in accordance with procedure or work instruction Control and maintain spontaneous combustion in coal yard in secure condition Assist stacker reclaimer operator during stacking or reclaiming activities in coal yard Assist conveyor operator to collect coal spillage from coal handling area through heavy equipment and then transfer to coal yard Operate skid steer loader to collect remaining coal inside barge and collect sludge from WWTP area Ensure the placement of the coal at the coal yard are correctly reclaimed and stacked by the local S/R operators Provide accountable check sheet report based on actual situation at the local including awareness to major equipment defect. Ensure that all equipment maneuver shall be based on his superior’s approval (FA controller or FHCR operator)

Ensure that delivery coal to silo and coal unloading production targets for the shift are achieved safely, economically, and within the environmental limits of the Plant. Conduct the conveyor and auxiliary system testing regularly to ensure system reliability.
