Airplanes are not just a means of transportation, but rather the core element of a pleasurable travel experience. Founded in 2018 by Chairman K.W. Chang and based in Taiwan, STARLUX Airlines aims to invite the world to come and experience a premium level of service based on superior safety, comfort and convenience. In our belief, “luxury” should not be defined by exclusivity, but rather the fulfillment of every need, desire, and dream.
Fulfilling the goal of providing a high quality and exceptional travel experience, STARLUX will initially operate 10 advanced and fuel-efficient Airbus A321neos with the first aircraft to be delivered in October 2019. In late 2021, 17 A350XWBs will be added to our fleet, including 12 A350-1000s and 5 A350-900s. STARLUX’s fleet is expected to include up to 27 aircraft by the end of 2024 and will serve over 20 destinations in Asia and North America.
