Monitor and to make sure that POs are closed in PO Register upon complete receipt of goods from suppliers. Ensure all invoices are sent to Accounts department for cross references and payment. Make suggestions for improvement on accuracy and work efficiency. Responsible to monitor and to review minimum stock/stock reorder levels periodicaly. Maintain and perform supplier assessments periodically for efficient operations of the puchasing function
