A man named Fernando Duarte invited Robbie Brozin to a humble eatery to try some mouth-watering PERi-PERi chicken and the rest, as they say, is history. 33 years later, Nando’s and flame-grilled PERi-PERi chicken has become an international phenomenon with over 1,000 restaurants in 24 countries including UK, US and Australia. 80 of those restaurants are located right here in Malaysia. PERi-PERi is our heart and our heat but this all didn’t happen because of PERi-PERi chicken alone. It’s the people that make the chicken.
