REQUIREMENT
Essential 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in administrative roles, including order processing, purchasing support, logistics, inventory, or supply chain operations. Strong attention to detail, especially when reviewing order confirmations, prices, quantities, delivery dates, and product information Basic understanding of purchasing terminology and workflows, including purchase orders, order confirmations, lead times, and delivery dates Good Microsoft Excel skills, including sorting, filtering, and basic formulas Clear and professional written English communication for supplier and internal correspondence Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage recurring tasks effectively Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely Desirable Previous experience supporting a purchasing, buying, stock control, or supply chain team Experience working with physical products or inventory Experience with imported goods, food, grocery, cookware, homeware, retail, or e-commerce businesses Familiarity with shared inboxes, order trackers, ERP systems, or inventory and order management systems
