DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute sales strategies across key account channels, driving revenue growth, profitability, and market expansion Build and strengthen strategic relationships with key clients and business partners to support long-term commercial success Lead the growth of a diverse food products portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand market share and customer reach Identify emerging market trends and new business opportunities to shape growth strategies and unlock future revenue streams Lead and develop a high-performing sales team while collaborating cross-functionally to achieve business objectives and operational excellence
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline 5-8 years' sales and marketing experience, preferably within Food Services, FMCG, Retail, or related industries Proven track record of leading multi-channel sales operations and driving business growth Strong communication and stakeholder management skills Fluent in spoken and written English and Chinese
