Conduct customer surveys
Coordinate appointment confirmations

Perform non-sales-related customer outreach activities

REQUIREMENT
2 to 3 years of relevant experience managing administrative and operational workflows
Experience supporting international markets (ANZ, UK, or US) is an advantage
Strong administrative, organizational, and workflow management skills
Experience maintaining operational documentation and reports
Proficiency in CRM systems and operational platforms
Experience managing structured data collection and data migration activities
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Professional written and verbal communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization abilities
Ability to work independently while maintaining high levels of accountability
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Ability to adapt to changing operational requirements and client needs
