DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve business objective in Hong Kong market. Managing and mentoring distributor partner and key accounts to ensure optimal performance. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders. Analysing market trends and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Monitoring sales performance and preparing regular reports for senior management. Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction. Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor degree in Business or related subject. A strong background in sales and marketing within the FMCG industry. Excellent communication and negotiation abilities. A strategic mindset and problem-solving skills to address challenges proactively. Proficiency in analysing data and using insights to drive business decisions. A passion for delivering results and achieving targets. Growth-oriented mindset with a collaborative working style Excellence communication skills in English and Chinese.
