DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Deep understanding in resolving technical issues related to computers, printers, Wi-Fi router, LAN, WAN, server, and IT related hardware.
Ability to troubleshoot operating system, network, and internet connection problems effectively.
Experience in resolving issues related to office desktop application, email, and meeting software.
Experience with both Windows and Linux operating systems Including software installation.
Good understanding in handling IT asset management.
Familiar with IT support ticketing system.
Good communication skills and responsiveness to customer requests.
Highly organize and effective in time management.
Ability to work independently and in a team with minimum supervision.
Strong multitasking and problem-solving skills.
Technical Support Certification/Training including Cisco, Windows, Linux or Network Certification would be a plus.
Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia.
Good English communication skills.
Willing to work at multiple location in Jabodetabek area.
Preferably, have your own personal transportation or vehicle.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
At least 3 years of work experience in technical support or related roles.
