1. Sales Strategy & Business Development
Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities across target markets.
Expand the company’s B2B client network globally.
2. Client Acquisition & Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with travel agencies, tour operators, MICE organizers, and corporate clients.
Manage key accounts to ensure long-term partnerships and repeat business.
Actively follow up on leads and convert prospects into clients.
3. Product & Service Promotion
Present and promote MajeStay Tourism’s services, including travel packages, visa services, hotels, and excursions.
Customize solutions based on client needs and business objectives.
4. Negotiation & Closing
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and agreements with clients.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue.
5. Market Research & Insights
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
Provide insights to enhance sales strategies and service offerings.
6. Performance Tracking & Reporting
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates for management.
REQUIREMENT
Strong business development and relationship management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools
Self-motivated, target-driven, and proactive
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
Languages: English (required), Arabic (preferred)
