REQUIREMENT
10+ years of progressive sales experience in the FMCG sector, ideally in food, beverages, or snacks. Proven track record as a Sales Director or Senior Sales Leader in Hong Kong, with strong experience managing key accounts (Modern Trade and Traditional Trade). Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and leading high-performing sales teams in a competitive environment. Deep understanding of the Hong Kong FMCG retail landscape, channel dynamics, and trade marketing. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills. Fluent in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a strong advantage. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). Proficient in CRM systems, sales data analytics, and Microsoft Office.
