REQUIREMENT
Completion of a Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related course is preferred At least 3 years of experience in administrative support, finance support, or a similar coordination role Background supporting professional services environments such as accounting, consulting, legal, or corporate teams is highly preferred Experience handling invoicing, billing coordination, expense processing, reimbursements, or accounts receivable support Strong administrative coordination and organizational skills Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Experience using CRM platforms or business management systems is an advantage Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation and reporting Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and proactively
