DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieve distribution and sales domination on modern trade. Develop, communicate and implement effective assigned of Modern Retail Trade Account strategies including the distribution, availability, and effective in-store trade activities. Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of products including NPD as per the management's instructions. Enhance company image on consumen and trade. Maintain an excellent client relationship with existing and potential clients. Analyzing and identify market opportunities and creating strategies for business development in FMCG.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from reputable university, with IPK minimum 2.75 Minimum 2 years of experience in sales FMCG especially handle Modern Trade Channel for National Account Solid knowledge about Modern Trade Process Experience handling Trading Term and cost analysis Strong in client connection and client services Ability to work multitasking, under pressure and within tight deadline Strong business acumen, experience in managing screening potential business deals, sourcing partners (distributor/account), building relationship, and overseeing all aspects of collaboration, requirements, and contract negotiation Excellent communication skills to interact succesfully within your network (negotiation and persuasive communication skill) Strong organizational skills and an ability to manage and achieve sales independently and proactively in a fast-paced work environment 1 positions available for placement at Medan.
