DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Deploy and maintain Windows servers, network devices, and core IT infrastructure Monitor system health, troubleshoot issues, and ensure stable performance Perform backups, updates, and patching to maintain security and continuity Manage user accounts, permissions, and access across Entra ID, Active Directory, and related systems Maintain accurate documentation for configurations, procedures, and changes Collaborate on upgrades, enhancements, and infrastructure improvements Ensure compliance with IT policies, security standards, and best practices Optimize system reliability, efficiency, and overall performance
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent practical experience At least 5 years of experience as a System Administrator, Infrastructure Administrator, or similar technical role Strong hands-on Microsoft 365 Administration experience is required Proven experience in user provisioning, license management, email administration, security settings, data management, and end-user support Strong knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Entra ID (Azure AD), and networking fundamentals Experience with system monitoring tools, backup solutions, patching, and disaster recovery procedures Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills Clear written and verbal communication skills with cross-functional teams Ability to prioritize incidents, manage multiple requests, and maintain service levels Experience with Intune, Defender, Copilot, Power Automate, or other Microsoft technologies is an advantage Exposure to endpoint management, security compliance, automation, or hybrid cloud environments is preferred
