DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
We are proactively seeking talent to support our technical coordination, design assistance, and customer support capabilities. This role contributes to delivering accurate technical output, supporting sales and operations teams, and ensuring smooth coordination across internal and external stakeholders. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to assist in technical documentation, basic design requirements, and coordination activities aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the preparation of quotations, product selections, and order-related documentation with accuracy and timeliness.
Assist in developing technical drawings and layouts (e.g., CAD) based on project requirements and specifications.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and technical staff to ensure alignment on project details and deliverables.
Provide technical support by addressing customer inquiries in collaboration with the sales team
Maintain accurate records, documentation, and tracking of technical requests, deliverables, and outputs.
Contribute to continuous process improvements and the standardization of technical support workflows
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or any Engineering related courses
Experience in technical support, engineering support, or related coordination roles
Exposure to CAD tools and basic design work is a plus
Strong communication and coordination skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
Experience or exposure to HVAC or related industries
Experience working with Australian (AU) companies or clients is a strong advantage •
