DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Integrate security best practices into the DevOps pipeline, ensuring secure software delivery. Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and provide recommendations for remediation. Collaborate with development, operations, and security teams to design and implement security solutions. Ensure the optimal resources of infrastructure can be delivered through an agile process to support system/software development process by tightly engaging with the Engineering Team. Design, build and maintain our infrastructure to ensure reliability, scalability, high availability and performance Develop infrastructure automation Maintain and improve the infrastructure deployment Maintain CI / CD pipelines Work closely with development teams to maintain services Automate security processes, including vulnerability scanning and incident response. Monitor security metrics and prepare reports for stakeholders. Stay up-to-date with the latest security trends, threats, and technologies. Respond to security incidents and lead post-incident investigations. Provide training and guidance to team members on security best practices.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar Minimum 3+ years of experience as a DevOps Engineer. Strong problem-solving skills with excellent communication abilities. Proficient in containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes. Experience with enterprise cloud platforms, preferably Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Biznet Hands-on experience with monitoring and logging tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus, Grafana, and Loki. Solid understanding of database management, including MySQL, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB. Proven experience implementing auto-scaling best practices in production environments. Experience implementing Disaster Recovery (DR) best practices, including High Availability (HA), backup and restore strategies, Point-in-Time Recovery (PITR), Change Data Capture (CDC), and failover mechanisms. Strong knowledge of networking, security, and monitoring concepts. Leadership experience is a plus. Proficiency in programming languages such as PHP, JavaScript, or Golang is a plus. Familiarity with security compliance frameworks (e.g., ISO 27001) is a plus
