DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Providing comprehensive administrative support to the executive team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements
Handling incoming calls, emails, and correspondence, and directing them to the appropriate parties
Preparing and proofreading various documents, such as reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Maintaining and organising physical and electronic filing systems, ensuring information is easily accessible
Assisting with the coordination of meetings, including setting up, taking minutes, and distributing materials
Providing general office support, such as ordering supplies and managing inventory
Performing other administrative duties as required to support the smooth operation of the business
REQUIREMENT
At least 2 years of experience as a Secretary or Administrative Assistant, preferably in a corporate or professional services environment Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact confidently with employees at all levels Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint Excellent attention to detail and proofreading skills Adaptable and flexible, with a positive and professional attitude Good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
