DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and manage a strong network of steel distributors, contractors, project owners, and end users across Indonesia. Actively identify new sales opportunities through projects, tenders, and market intelligence. Execute B2B sales strategies to achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation, quotation, negotiation, to closing. Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer databases and sales pipelines. Developing and executing effective sales strategies to identify, target and acquire new customers Negotiating contract terms and closing sales deals to meet and exceed target revenue goals Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services Providing hands-on coaching and mentoring to the sales team to drive performance Reporting on sales activities, pipeline and forecasts to senior management
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 5 years of working experience in the steel industry or manufacturing sector, with a proven track record in B2B sales and marketing. Experience working in imported Steel products and trading/distribution business industry (MUST) Possess a strong and valid database of steel distributors and/or project owners, contractors, and end users in Indonesia. Well-established market network within the steel, construction, manufacturing, mining, or heavy equipment industries. (MUST) Strong understanding of project-based sales and distributor-driven sales models in the Indonesian steel market. Demonstrated ability to develop new customers, manage key accounts, and expand market coverage. Experienced in mentoring staff member and leading a team Proven track record of success in new business development, preferably within the sales industry Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationship
