DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage the full lifecycle of hiring, from sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, offering, and medical check-up. Sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews with candidates. Collaborate with the department Heads.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Management, or relevant majors from a reputable university. Experiences 2-3 years of experience in recruitment; experience in the Palm oil Company would be an advantage. Fluent in English, both verbal and written. Strong knowledge in sourcing methods, such as Jobstreet, LinkedIn, and other methods. Able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Understanding of the specific labour needs of palm oil plantations (afdeling) and Mill (pabrik). Good communication and able to convince the candidates.
